Standard Equipment:

SCHAEFF LIFT TRUCK shall warrant replacement parts purchased from SCHAEFF LIFT TRUCK and installed on SCHAEFF equipment only, as per SCHAEFF LIFT TRUCK'S Limited Warranty Policy with exceptions as noted here on:

1. The remedy is limited to replacement of the new replacement part only for the period of 6 months or 1000 hours of operation, which ever occurs first, from the date of installation in a SCHAEFF product.

2. SCHAEFF LIFT TRUCK'S obligation is to replace free of charge any part of any product that its inspection shows to be defective, excluding all transportation charges and all other costs such as removal and installation expense.

3. On replacement parts provided for unit warranty, the warranty will mature concurrently with the unit. The new replacement parts warranty policy stated hereon is for parts used only on unit for which warranty has expired.
