Schaeff Lift Truck Inc, a Quantum Value Partners, L.P. company announces the acquisition and merger of all the assets and rights to the Noble’s “R” and “RT” Series Rough Terrain Forklifts as well as, the TrailerMate Truck-Mounted Forklift product lines from Georgetown, TX based, Noble Construction Equipment Inc.
 
The rough terrain forklifts and the truck-mounted forklift product lines will be an excellent addition to the other Schaeff Lift Truck Inc products. The Noble rough terrain and trailer-mounted forklift product lines is well suited to Schaeff Lift Trucks Inc’s existing marketing / distribution focus and philosophy.
 
Schaeff Lift Trucks Inc will continue to produce the rough terrain and truck-mounted forklifts at the facility in Acuna, Mexico with Parts Distribution and Shipping from Del Rio, TX. A new operational office has been established at a new address in Lubbock, TX: Noble Lift Trucks, 500 East 50th Street, Lubbock, TX 79404 ph# (806) 747-5601. All existing product support, engineering, parts, and technical assistance personnel have been retained and will continue to be available from the new Lubbock, Texas office. Sales assistance responsibility remains with the sales managers, who can be reached at their regional offices.
 
All reference to Noble Construction Equipment will be removed and will be replaced by Schaeff Lift Trucks Inc, dba Noble Lift Trucks. All product model names and numbers will remain the same. Our dealer and customers will continue to recognize Noble ‘R’ series, the Noble ‘RT’ series, and Noble TrailerMate ‘TM’ series product they have come to rely on for productivity and cost-effective material handling.
