Schaeff Inc. introduces its Parts Online and order system on December 12th, 2003. After secure login, Schaeff dealers and national accounts will access the online parts catalogs for Schaeff trucks and will be able to see prices and place direct part orders. The system will allow them to check the status of the parts orders they have placed with the factory.

In the very near future, this system will expand to include inventory on hand availability.

All dealers will receive LOGIN names and initial PASSWORDS by Schaeff web site administration by December 23rd. The access to the system is through PARTS menu on the Schaeff web site.

Schaeff has started working on two other web services.
One will allow customers and dealers to receive on-line quotations for equipment made by Schaeff. The other will provide dealers with on-line warranty filing and administration capabilities.
